A Bit About Me

I am a board-certified Colon and Rectal Surgeon with over 14 years of clinical experience, as well as a growing Surgical Ethicist. I have expertise in minimally invasive, surgical treatment of benign, malignant, and inflammatory diseases of the colon, rectum, and anus. In the field of surgical ethics, I am interested in medical decision-making, health equity, and the intersection of bioethics and the law.

I am passionate about teaching and coaching trainees who represent the future of healthcare for all of us.
